This past week I had a chance to go to Port Renfrew with a good friend. It is a little town on Vancouver Island, just north of Sooke. We camped on the beach, listened to and watched the waves for hours. It was great fun! The West Coast Trail starts in Port Renfrew, as well as the Juan de Fuca Marine Trail. We hiked on the latter one for awhile, so beautiful to be on the coast!
