knit my heart to you...

One of my favourite verses from the Bible is from Psalm 86. This morning I read it in a different translation which I really loved: Teach me your way, O Lord, and I will walk in your truth; knit my heart to you that I may fear your Name. - Psalm 86.11

The picture of having the Lord knit my heart to him is such a beautiful image of what it means to walk in his truth and to be taught his ways.


Thank you, Lord for knitting my heart to you. Teach me, so that I will only walk in the ways that lead me closer to you. Amen.
